Samuel S. Lee manages Bluehawk Venture Management, a private investment firm focused on technology, medical services, and real estate.

His career spans private equity, investment banking, software engineering, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership of publicly traded and privately held businesses.

From 2001 to 2022, Sam helped grow Prospect Medical Holdings from a small medical services business into a national integrated healthcare organization spanning seven states and nine markets. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, leading the business through public and private ownership.

His earlier roles include CEO and co-founder of Alta Hospitals, Partner/Principal at Kline Hawkes & Co., and healthcare, technology, and software development positions with SFS, Andersen Consulting, and AAT Software.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
